I had quit the hope of losing weight and my mom suggested me to see a diet counselling doctor, I used practo to find doctor and I was impressed with the reviews for Dr. Akhila Joshi. I had booked appointment in 3 hospitals and I visited this doctor first and instantly signed up with Program .. I didn’t have the need to go anywhere because I felt she was exactly what I was looking in a doctor.. She was patient and understood my problems well and suggested me diet plans accordingly… I have lost considerable weight and also inch loss which makes a lot of difference.. now I know what’s a balanced diet and my choices of food are way healthier than before ..
