Its been one and half months with Akhila Soukhya so far , I have seen really good results within 1 or 2 weeks of starting the program,I would like to thank Dr.Akhila Joshi ma’am for all guidance and building such an organisation.I thank Dr.Pratheeksha for providing guidance on yoga asanas for healthy life .
